On behalf of The Home Depot, I am pleased to inform you that a grant for $4,400 was approved for your project with Team Depot and the Heritage Preservation Trust. A gift card for this amount will be sent to you once I receive the signed agreement from your organization. Attached is our standard grant agreement that I need your Executive Director or Principal to sign and fax back to my attention. Once received, it takes approximately 5 business days to receive the gift card. It will arrive at your physical address, to your attention, via UPS.
Please continue to work with your local Team Depot Captain to plan and implement this project as well as to complete the list of supplies materials needed for the project and to pay for those materials with your gift card!
We appreciate the services your organization is providing in the community. We hope this grant will help you to achieve your goals as set forth in your proposal. Your grant report will be due upon completion of your project. Please be sure to contact our Community Affairs office for further instructions regarding reporting (please see section six of the grant agreement). We must have a final grant report on file prior to consideration of your organization for future grant monies.
